I'm mostly okay with the early season 6 renewal Supernatural got. I wasn't exactly enthused about the idea of a man with a 5-season show plan who has agreed to extend it further than that, but as many people on my flist have pointed out in the past, Kripke does have a tendency to pull things out of his ass. The only thing that does make me happy in all of these announecments is that that apocalypse storyline is wrapping up this season, instead of getting bubblegum-stretched into season 6.

What REALLY REALLY worries me in this whole story is not only how my favourite teleplay writer, Jeremy Carver, is likely to not write any more episodes, but I'm also incredibly worried that Sera Gamble is officially taking the reins off from Kripke on season 6. Gamble happens to be my least favourite writer on this staff, and that includes the idiots who wrote the bodyswap and the Young Antichrist episodes. I am not a happy camper, y'all. I am not down for a season full of Sam naked and crying, and I really like him.

Here's hoping season 6 is getting even more money and won't suck.

Sam, Jared or both. I'm not sure tbh. Which is not to say I didn't like It's A Terrible Life, but that's about the only episode of hers I ever did like in 5 fucking seasons. D:

I never really follow who writes what episode but hers are always blindingly obvious. It's like she's crawled up Sam's/Jared's ass and refuses to come out.
