I don't even know what to say about the episode (it's too emotional for overmuch witty commentary or capslock)... I definitely cried when Vorenus hugged ickle Lucius. Well, actually, the whole reunion was just ;_; for me.
Octavia, girl, I have so been there. "Maybe some day...we can be friends." Poor Agrippa, though. He has the affable look of Samwise Gamgee, only a little more handsome.
I, too, am not entirely sure about new!Octavian. He's not bad, he's just not, well, Octavian.
Listening to Servilia's screams was like hearing something inhuman and wretched. I was literally shaking, dear god. Timon is fast becoming an interesting secondary character, and I like seeing how this show explores Rome's relationships with its various annexed provinces, especially Judaeia. Too bad the series isn't going on into "ROME: The Empire"... or else we'd get to hear rumours (somewhere down the line) about a certain hippie Jewish upstart. ;)
P/S: I still love you, Marcus Antonius. I blame it on the Puresex factor.
