loony_moonyI am referring, of course, to my initial reaction to "Out of the Past", which I had the luck to almost fall asleep to several times tonight.
But nevermind that.
1. Chris Evans is confirmed as Captain America.
Natch. I don't hate Chris Evans, but he's certainly not my cup of superhero. Here's hoping he can match up to RDJ's...let's say bellybutton.
2. Wow, Glenn Beck really is an IDIOT.
"HOW DARE THIS CIVIL RIGHTS ACTIVIST LOOK LIKE ONE OF THEM CIVIL RIGHTS ACTIVISTS!"
3. Rhys Ifans has the most gauche take on Harry Potter I've ever heard.
No seriously. It's like being SURPRISE!jackhammered.
4. It's criticism of 'Twilight' from the writing style point of view, and I'm pretty much dying of laughter here.
Sample point: And like I said, I don't understand why parts of it are written like Ye Olde Magick Tale, like it's written by an ancient professor. But the content is still very immature. It's like, "Nigh on two weeks ago, yea did I have pizza." There's no distance from teenagerhood in perspective, but there is in tone.
