1. GIP
2. I re-watched Jump The Shark, and realized that not only Dean and Sam are COSMIC LEVELS OF PRETTY, but the episode had unforseen past episode callbacks that I didn't catch the first time!
To start with, this scene?
While re-watching, practically SCREAMED to me this scene -
The infamous "OMG Sam learns about the Family Busines!" scene from A Very Supernatural Christmas, which I'm 1000% sure was intended, what with Sam filling the role of Dean.
Now, AVSC is just about one of my top 5 favourite SPN episodes EVER, so I started seeing more things!
The face Sam makes in here?
Is a CLASSIC Deanface, as seen in AVSC especially -
In here, where Dean pretends he and Sam are a domestic, schmoopy gay couple (which calls back to EW and their Wincest-y, er, goodness?)
"It was yummy" (I HAD TO PUT IT IN HEREthat's what he said)
And also, where we discovered Sam was a fussy queen.
Speaking of Sam, the way he looks in JtS (is DIVINE, YES I KNOW, SHHH)
Really really REALLY reminded me of the way he looked in "Time Is On My Side"
Which is consequently yet ANOTHER episode in which Sam is tied to a table and has unspeakable, creepy things happening to him till Dean saves the day.
Sidenote, I LOVED JPad's delivery on "dad's dead, Dean". Sam's so steely in this scene, as opposed to Dean's rage and shouty voice. ♥♥♥
Also? Sam looked like a puppy again for a few seconds this episode. WIN!
But really, it was pretty obvious that Jared's been watching Zoolander again (for the 239873232932th time), possibly while stoned.
And in conclusion, unimpressed Dean is unimpressed at my lack of spamming his pretty.
