3 Things:

1. Eleven years after Matthew Shepard was brutally murdered for being gay, the House passes the Matthew Shepard Hate Crime Act (which amends the current law that required the victim to be at school) by an overwhelming 249-175 votes. The next battle is the Senate, but this alone makes my day. :)

2. Did I mention I really like the President of the United States? Because I really really do.

3. And in completely silly news, I can't believe Speidi pictures made me laugh so hard. I'd feel ashamed, but I'm still cracking up.

GAH to the picture. I just had to comment because what the hell are they DOING? With their copied random wide-stance. If you add this to the creepy video where they mirror all their movements in an interview and the dancing videos, I'm a little concerned they have some creepy Klingon mind-meld going on. o_0 Although.. that is kinda hot, too.

What video where they mirror each other? Oh, you mean the one in my icon? :D Also I wouldn't put it past them. They see each other so much, and have seen each other for so long, I'm pretty sure it's the bromance to end all bromances.
