Just two tonight
Mar. 4th, 2010 11:53 pm1. HBO's 'Rome' finally headed for the big screen?
The short answer is yes and no. The long answer is that though HBO has approved "Rome" to be adapted into the big screen (Bruno Heller, the creator, has a finished script), no studio has picked it up yet (HBO Films won't do it, probably for financial reasons), and no director has signed. Moreover, while Kevin McKidd (Lucius Vorenus) and Ray Stevenson (Titus Pullo) are likely to join the cast, it should be noted that we won't get anymore JamesPuresex Purefoy (Mark Antony), Max Pirkis (young Augustus), Ciana Hinds (Julius Caesar), Lindsay Duncan (Servilia of the Junii) or David Bamber (Mr. Collins Cicero). :(
2. I enjoy watching Jimmy Fallon's 'Robert is Bothered' skits way too much
Jesusfuck, Jimmy Fallon. When have you gotten funny again? I don't remember you being funny for AGES. :D
