IT'S ALMOST A DOMO KUN OKAY. <333

1. There should a SONG about Kurt Fuller and his pink shirt. It would be A SONG OF LOVE.

2. Lunch happened with memphis86, raelala and elrina753, during which Rae discovered what I actually do, and then she and Mem drunk-dialed regala_electra who wanted to take their heads off because I could hear the GRRRRR all the way from her house.

3. Then we saw "Hot Tub Time Machine"! DO NOT SEE THIS MOVIE SOBER! OR EVEN HALFWAY TIPSY. See it SLOSHED and/or HIGH. It would make no sense to you otherwise.

4. I would say though, Crispin Glover is fast becoming one of my favourite b-cast actors. First "Alice" and now this! LOVE THIS MAN.

5. But before that, we got to see the full trailer for "The Losers"!!!! \O/ FLAAAAAAAAAIL DO ME SIR DO ME DO MEEEEE

6. And now I'm watching "Mad Men" again. Mmmmmm, Jon Hamm. Just. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

So last night I went to see "Alice in Wonderland" with memphis86 (who wore the hat!), regala_electra (who adopted my sister), ignited (who wore the most delightful t-shirt) and cathybites (who was bubbly as always) and my sister. Seeing as I drank a big big bottle of cider not half an hour before that, my view was a bit...skewed. Then waffle fries happened.

1. CW boss Dawn Ostroff says Supernatural creator Eric Kripke is warming to the idea of a sixth season

In other news, Dawn Ostroff finally realizes that Supernatural sells better than any of the other shows she prefers to champion on her fail-network, and wants more money. In return, Supernatural might be getting more than 2 seconds per network show promos. Anything more? Don't push it.

2. Fox expresses interest in Conan for a late night show. I've seen a lot of people hoping Conan might jump the sinking NBC ship (and frankly, I agree), but it's not as simple as it looks. I've also seen people hoping he might move to Comedy Central, but that's really just wishful thinking (Comedy Central will never be able to afford Conan's team), though honestly a late night schedule on CC of Conan, Stewart, Colbert and Ferguson might just make me die happily.

In other news, Craig Ferguson is amazing. (Thanks memphis86!)

Let it be always said that memphis86 is the best person ever to have lived.

You know why?

Because she braved blistering cold (with surprise!snow), sucky weekend MTAness, her kitty allergy and the company of yours truly in order to help me pack.

I might've bribed with Indian food. She wanted to pay though, and supplied all manners of drinks!

There was spontaneous dancing, kitty cuddle orgies, two fluffy dogs making a new friend and some SPN watching to go with our dinner. Jensen's eyes in high def = ALWAYS A PLUS

Then she laughed at my stuff. I HAVE PRETTY RIDICULOUS STUFF. And waaaay too many bags. Story for another day. Right now I want a short skype with the parents (not likely to be short) and then a whole lotta sleep.

LOVE THE MEM OMG. :D

I've been sleepy all day, despite doing laundry. Upon conveying this to Awesome Landlady, she too admitted to be feeling the same, and said apparently it's a seasonal thing and many people are also the same way. My brain wanted nothing more than to fuck around online and read Sookie Stackhouse novels. Mmmmmrf.

Things gathered from the wild fields of the internet:

1. A recent poll shows that out of all late-night TV show hosts, more than 60% of the viewers want to bang Craig Ferguson.

It's funny, because a) Ferguson was shocked, and b) of COURSE it led to Conan/Jon Stewart/Stephen Colbert wank. But really, there's something about a 40-something ex-Scottish silver fox who's done drugs, has tattoos and plays with puppets that just gets people hot and bothered, what can I tell you. Also, Jon Stewart could fit into MY POCKET.

2. The casting for 'The Hobbit' has begun!

This post is mainly an excuse for the ol' LotR fandom reunion. Also here! Big, awesome LotR spams of photos, videos and quotes. And then I remembered how it broke my heart when fandom dispersed. Nothing would hurt as much online, I swear. Also, memphis86 says this about elves.

3. Apparently Kristin Bauer (Pam on True Blood) has been promoted to be a series regular, to the resounding approval of ONTD.

You know, like Misha, only blonder, fangier and more HBIC.

4. And now, for your daily moment of WTF, TWILIGHT: THERE IS A FIERCELY PROTECTIVE IMMORTAL HERO WHO LONGS FOR YOUR HEART AND HIS NAME IS JESUS.

YES. JESUS. Oyga boyga.

I slept 12 hours straight last night. Then I napped for an hour more with Kitty. Then I spent the rest of the day being groggy and reading shit on my laptop, then failing at reaching my run goal at the gym. BAH, SAYS I. Might have to redo this run week.

2. ignited linked to her last year's holiday icons post, and I ran into this exchange between myself and memphis86 about Hannukah, Yiddschism and Misha Collins. HEE.

3. This ficlet chash wrote about Misha and Danneel meeting and becoming THE WORLD'S AWESOMEST BFFS. Needs to happen IRL ASAP, I demand.

4. An exchange in Twitter between chash and wanttobeatree, which culminated in the following statement by chash:

SAM/FRODO IS CLEARLY DEAN/SAM, WHILE MERRY/PIPPIN IS JENSEN/JARED

Which is so TRUFAX I cannot even. OMFG.

5. I've watched some of "Blades of Glory" on the TV, AND I'M FIRING ALL OF YOU BECAUSE NO ONE TOLD ME WILL FERRELL'S CHARACTER WAS NAMED CHAZ MICHAEL MICHAELS. YOU GUYS. The whole entertainment world is in consensus that CMM is a douche worthy of remembering. SOMEONE GIVE HIM A REALITY SHOW.

6. This ONTD post about Life Magazine's best celebrity covers, which became a huge picspam of Old Hollywood. YAY!

SO. My birthday happened last Friday. THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR LOVELY WISHES. You're amazing and fantabulous. It was such a wonderful way to start the day, so whether you PMed me, commented, tweeted or whatnot, IT WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED AND LOVED. :D <3333

I wanted to spend the evening Chez Memphis-et-Reg. Unbeknown to me, memphis86 and elrina753 spent the whole day decorating the place and making THE MOST AMAZING BALLOONS OMG. Her Cyloness ignited also graced us with her presence, and did naughty things with the party hats. regala_electra was also there and sneaked me side-hugs the whole evening, until elrina753 got bored with them and molested her, mwahahaha. Good times. ALSO, good food, and CHEESECAKE! OMG.
